We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and help us develop and maintain a robust Big Data system deployed on-premises.

About the Role
  • Data Engineering Expertise: We are looking for an expert in designing and implementing data governance and data management frameworks to ensure seamless data storage, management, and processing.
  • Big Data System Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and enhancing our Big Data system setup to meet industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: As a key member of our data engineering team, you will work closely with analytics and data science teams to meet user needs and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and Big Data.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing data governance and data management frameworks.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Python programming language.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Experience with data streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, such as Druid, Databricks, Hadoop.
