About This Opportunity
As a Manager of Payroll Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing at TN Poland. You will lead and develop a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure employees receive accurate pay statements on time.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience in human resources, payroll, or accounting for a multinational corporation and possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of monthly payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws.
- Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure employees receive accurate pay statements on time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Total Rewards, Legal, HR, FP&A, and Finance teams, to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance.
- Establish and maintain robust operating procedures, document management practices, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years' experience in human resources, payroll, or accounting for a multinational corporation.
- 2-3 years of experience managing people.
- Fluent in English.
