Imperial Brands, a global leader in FMCG, seeks an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to join its dynamic Warsaw team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and ensuring seamless support for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Management: Coordinate with service providers, Building Administrator, and Security for inspections, audits, repairs, and health and safety compliance.
  2. Procurement and Budgeting: Handle order creation and purchases, monitor expenses, verify invoices, and ensure cost efficiency in collaboration with the Procurement and Finance Departments.
  3. Document Management: Manage document and correspondence flow, ensuring GDPR compliance, and collaborate with external bodies for audits and inspections.
  4. Regulation Updates: Update document flow regulations, company car procedures, and office-related documentation in consultation with relevant departments.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Administer phones, work tools, and cards, enter data into systems, and manage the NFR system.
  6. Organizational Culture: Support internal communication, Employer Branding, guest stays, business trips, and organize meetings and conferences.
