Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Lublin area. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while working with high-quality coffee products and contributing to our company's growth in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and visit business owners to present our coffee solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their coffee offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the face of our brand in their area.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and provide insights from client interactions to inform sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate
  • A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food industry.
  • Self-motivated, with strong sales and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to independently plan and manage client visits and field sales activities.
  • Fluent Polish and good/intermediate English skills.
  • Flexibility for travel and in-person meetings with clients.
