About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Krakow. As a member of our team, you will provide administrative support in terms of available insurance policies by coordinating, validating, and verifying data.
You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with insurers, clients, and consultants to process information from team to team. Additionally, you will work on preparing reports concerning current insurance market trends and processing documentation related to chosen policies.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has good communication skills, and is able to learn new skills quickly.
- Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful, but we're more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills;
- Good English and Norwegian language skills, at least B2+ level, as you'll be using these languages every day when contacting others;
- Good Excel skills, at least intermediate level, as it's a key working tool;
- Attention to details - you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at a fast pace.
