You will join one of the most dynamic and innovative teams and have a direct impact on building the future of HEINEKEN. As a Senior Solution Engineer in the Global deployment team, you will be a business-facing individual responsible for the technical configuration of specific business processes of our Operating Companies across various technologies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Activities: customizing and configuring software applications or systems to meet agreed scope; developing and maintaining configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices; conducting thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: contributing to documenting configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference; ensuring proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and Operating Company teams.
  • Collaboration: collaborating with the Deployment Lead to ensure an appropriate deployment process is in place and followed; working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • a strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices
  • experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • ability to learn new technologies fast and multitask
  • experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and excellent written and verbal English
  • e experience with Jira and good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL/Apollo, Loyalty Solutions, Payment platforms, CTI Solutions, SAP, Middleware solutions, and Azure DevOps.
