Customer Service Agent with Polish and English (future opportunity)

As a customer service professional, you will be supporting our prestige brand client on the European market, providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression. You will be supported with extensive initial training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work with confidence.

About this role:
We are currently advertising this role to establish a pool of interested talent within the customer service area for future openings. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply for the role. We will reach out to you as soon as the right position becomes available.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Supporting customers through different channels (emails and chats)
  2. Analyzing and solving customers' queries
  3. Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
  4. Making changes to the system

Requirements:
  1. Polish at C1/C2 level
  2. English at C1/C2 level
  3. Customer-oriented attitude
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
