In this exciting time, we invite you to be part of something special - a chance to join our Mass Market Channel Sales team in Warsaw as a Key Account Manager Mass Market. This role ensures the achievement of sell-in/sell-out targets and availability/visibility targets in the key account Mass Market business across mixed channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop credible relationships with customers to secure win-win agreements and implement Haleon's strategy.

  • Create annual customer plans and regularly monitor their execution.

  • Accountability for executing Haleon's commercial strategy for Mass Market customers, hitting sell-in and sell-out and market share targets.

  • Cross-functional collaboration to align on activation plans.

  • Timely and coordinated customer orders based on accurate forecasting and delivery.

  • Effective distribution of promotional materials and feedback to customer marketing teams on material effectiveness.

  • Market/customer/competition feedback supporting decision-making, forecasting, and sub-channel strategy.

  • Advisory on commercial policy of the subchannel.
