About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for delivering consistent forecast accuracy and bias targets via maintaining end-to-end forecast. Your role will involve ensuring product availability across customers, categories, and regions, as well as providing input for Demand Forecasting in the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Export Hub, managing End-to-End Demand Planning and In-Market Supply for the Cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Report out-of-stock situations to the commercial Export Market business and provide an overview of supply situation and availability based on information from central systems.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, facilitating optimized information flow and transparent customer service.
  • Execute demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate product Master Data setup and ensure an efficient material creation process, encompassing in-market data, logistical data, waste database, and PAF.
  • Take responsibility for managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand planning (mandatory experience area) and Supply planning in a corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes.
  • Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP).
  • Fluent English.
  • Very good problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability.
