Supplier ESG Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier ESG Compliance Specialist to join our Group Safety, Health and Environment team in Poznań, Poland.

About the Role

As a Supplier ESG Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sustainability efforts by managing supplier questionnaires and audits, ensuring a robust follow-up process, and embedding sustainability practices within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage supplier questionnaires and gather feedback from suppliers
  • Ensure internal follow-up and embedding of answers into general supplier evaluation
  • Develop criteria for supplier audits to guide our sustainable sourcing practices
  • Collaborate with Group Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and Procurement (GSP) on audit planning, execution, and reporting
  • Perform both desktop and physical audits of suppliers
  • Create detailed audit reports
  • Provide support and follow-ups on supplier questionnaires and audits
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in sustainability and auditing within the supply chain. Familiarity with the creation and management of supplier questionnaires and understanding of procurement processes will be beneficial.

Competences we are looking for include:

  • Fluent in English communication, both in writing and verbally
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with using digital supplier questionnaire solutions
  • Proficient user of MS Office and proven IT skills
  • Any additional sustainability, IT, or procurement training or certification will be considered an advantage
