Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our key clients and serving as the single point of contact for client service managers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

You will develop and implement medium- and long-term client relationship strategies aligned with Viseven's marketing strategy to drive sales tactics. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting existing clients and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • SUGGEST COMPANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES that maximize client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • COMMUNICATE PRODUCT AND PRICING DETAILS CLEARLY, ensuring seamless onboarding and reducing potential issues.
  • INFORM CUSTOMERS OF PROMOTIONS, UPGRADED PRODUCT LINES, AND OFFERS, driving loyalty and encouraging upsells.
