About the Role

TN Poland seeks a Retail Sales Team Lead to grow its retail portfolio by identifying and partnering with customers' favorite retailers, achieving sales targets while leading the local Retail Team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target gaps and opportunities within the market.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL PARTNERS to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate key partner terms to ensure profitable business outcomes.
  • LEAD AND DEVELOP THE LOCAL RETAIL TEAM to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that promotes team development and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales positions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
