The Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate closely with the Sales Development & Efficiency team, empowering the global sales force and driving business growth. On a local level, the role will drive sales success by providing vital data, insights, and tools to the Nordics sales team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Nordics Head of Sales and the Poland/HQ-based Sales Operations Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Nordics Head of Sales and sales team in various capacities, leveraging data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data to drive business growth and sales efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program, showcasing success stories and best practices.

Requirements

  • Sales-enablement experience encompassing sales support, sales analysis, and market analysis and research.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly.
  • Strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to manage priorities and drive results.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields is a plus.
