About the Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate closely with the Sales Development & Efficiency team to empower the global sales force and drive business growth. On a local level, the role will drive sales success by providing vital data, insights, and tools to the Nordics sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nordics Head of Sales and sales team in various capacities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research.
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools.
  • Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program.

Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist with:

  • Sales-enablement experience encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly.
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with the capability to manage priorities.
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, paired with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.
