Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RTM Strategy and Execution Lead to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the long-term RTM strategy, ensuring profitable distribution gains and driving growth for Mars and the retailer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the long-term RTM strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Create efficient RTM structures for field sales in all channels using global capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with global RTM teams to develop tools that support data analysis and decision-making.
  4. Evaluate and ensure optimal route-to-shopper solutions considering key factors such as cost, trade structure, and profit modeling.
  5. Drive excellent execution of the RTM strategy to achieve optimal points of distribution and ROI across operations, technology, and field execution models.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of the RTM model to ensure the best route-to-shopper solution is being deployed.
  7. Pursue field sales opportunities through 3rd party suppliers and explore the external market.
  8. Manage relationships and budgets with 3rd parties, ensuring appropriate service levels and data validity.
  9. Develop an understanding of distributors' environments and objectives to leverage for mutual business plans.
  10. Work closely with Field Sales and Customer Development teams to incorporate key learnings and the voice of the customer into future plans.
  11. Adhere to Health & Safety policies, prioritizing safety at work.
