Business Development Specialist

JLL is committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial part in creating high-quality pitches and sales presentations, supporting our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the German Leasing Hub team in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations and digital sales materials.
- Manage the completion of RFP submissions, ensuring seamless communication and enhancing team efficiency.
- Conduct research and gather relevant market information to support the development of compelling content.
- Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, and update baselines with new content.
- Support the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English to understand the strategy, audience, and objectives.
- Ability to comprehend complex concepts, work analytical and precise.
- Strong work ethics, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
