Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Creotech Instruments S.A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Higher education or last years of studies (preferred technical profile);
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the sectors of telecommunication, aviation, defense, commercial, industrial, and medical;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
