Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Chabre IT Services, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to research and analyze potential markets and clients within the IT outsourcing, IT consulting, and custom software development sectors.

You will conduct in-depth prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on companies that could benefit from nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring services. Your task will be to customize your outreach strategy to address the unique needs of each prospect, effectively communicating the value of our IT services.

You will proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce our services and establish initial relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will establish and nurture initial client relationships, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. You will regularly report on prospecting activities, lead generation progress, and KPI achievements to help refine business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the basic processes of commercial transactions and sales techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in English (minimum level B2/C1)
  • Strong communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships
  • Strong commitment to achieving set goals and driving business growth in both local and international markets
