Your Responsibilities
  • Support our team in producing accurate and timely NAV reports, ensuring compliance with established checklists and procedures.
  • Process complex financial transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and statements, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, including investor P&L allocations and fee calculations, to support our clients' decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, including waterfall calculations and IRR analyses, to support our clients' investment strategies.
  • Identify and escalate accounting issues and aged items to the Private Equity Supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Verify the accuracy of all positions and prices, ensuring consistency and integrity in our systems.
  • Calculate and process income and expense accruals, including trading accruals, in accordance with established procedures and policies.
  • Maintain compliance with HedgeServ's checklists, procedures, and controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in audit processes, providing requested information to auditors and supporting the maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with internal service departments to resolve miscellaneous fund issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to our operations.
