The KLS Martin Group is a renowned medical technology company with a rich history dating back to 1896. We pride ourselves on developing innovative solutions for the surgery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for the hand implant business in Poland.
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders in the surgical field to enhance brand visibility and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Provide expert support to surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures to guarantee optimal implant placement and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis in Poland, identifying opportunities and challenges, and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, R&D) and external partners to optimise product offerings and meet market demands.
  • Design and deliver training programs for surgeons and distributors to improve their expertise in hand implants and support the launch of new products.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree in international business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the medical technology sector, preferably with a focus on implants or orthopaedics in direct sales in Poland.
  • Detailed understanding of the Polish healthcare system and surgical practices.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational agility and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Willngness to travel within Poland and occasionally to Germany for training and meetings.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
