Job Summary:

TN Poland is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its Payroll team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Payroll Human Resources Services Manager and collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality payroll services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Import and enter variable payroll items, process monthly hires, in accordance with the payroll schedule.
  2. Collaborate with the Personnel Administration HRS team based in Poland on personnel administration issues.
  3. Work with operational HR teams to ensure the quality and expertise of the services produced by the Payroll department.
  4. Answer various questions from colleagues through a CRM in accordance with our service commitment.
  5. Review existing procedures with a focus on optimizing payroll and post-payroll systems and processes.
  6. Develop or improve technical tools such as dashboards or specific spreadsheets.
  7. Participate in HR or Payroll projects (integration of a new company, change of payroll tool, improvement of interfaces between HR tools).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in Human Resources or Management, ideally with a specialization in payroll, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience with HRIS tools (SAP, Global View, Workday, ServiceNow).
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS, particularly Excel.
  4. Proficient in Professional English and French.
  5. Good interpersonal skills, rigorous and autonomous, with good priority management, a sense of teamwork, and good communication.
