This opportunity is for an experienced Sales Director to lead our EU Expansion Team in Poland, focusing on recruiting sellers for European customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and achieving business objectives, driving growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories.
  • Building and managing a team of Account Managers to launch and grow Sellers in Poland.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions.
  • Sharing knowledge with global counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
  • Conducting deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborating with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
  • Managing projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language (Polish).
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong business judgment and proven ability to influence others.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for customers.
  • Experience in retail and/or a technology/eCommerce business preferred but not essential.
