As a highly experienced professional, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our infrastructure in new markets outside of the US. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to orchestrate activities across various functions such as IT, Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, and Legal.

The position involves frequent travel to our headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, where you will work closely with the project management office to develop comprehensive roadmaps for building operational infrastructure in new establishments or launching new products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-level understanding of operational capacities needed in new establishments or for new product launches
  • Designing cross-functional roadmaps for building operational infrastructure
  • Driving execution of plans for building infrastructure in new establishments or products
  • Developing checklists and playbooks for operational launching of new establishments or products
  • Solving efficiencies in operational launches
  • Measuring operational launch performance success and continuously improving launch strategies and tactics

You will contribute to evaluating expansion opportunities by leveraging your experience and data on timelines and costs of forming new establishments or launching new products.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree (Master 2 or equivalent)
  • At least 7 years of industry experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with business processes in service-based businesses, such as logistics, order management, and order-to-cash
  • Sound written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English, additional relevant language skills preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and cultures
  • Experience leading complex projects involving subject-matter experts and team members

Prior experience in medical device / IVD operations across multiple jurisdictions, project management, and familiarity with issues in screening for and treatment of cancer are considered advantageous.

This role demands willingness to travel frequently, being responsive and available after hours and on weekends, especially to manage time zone differences. You must also be able to use computers daily for extended periods and up to 8 hours per day.

We offer an estimated salary of 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
