Job Description

As the Head of Outsourcing Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive outsourcing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for outsourcing, selecting and managing external partners, and ensuring that all outsourcing activities are aligned with the company's risk management and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing outsourcing strategies
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing external partners
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing processes and procedures

  • Ability to monitor and report on the performance of external partners and make recommendations for improvement
