Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Instytut Rozwoju Kapitału Ludzkiego Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and other travel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve customer issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and other travel-related matters
  • Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations
Requirements:
  • Finnish language proficiency at C1 level and English at least at B2 level
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Calm and patient demeanor
