Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the Heat & Water business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our regional sales efforts, developing business relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and energy management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Conduct sales negotiations and deals within the scope of authority

• Prepare commercial offers and tender documentation

• Perform contractual due diligence and finalize contractual documentation

• Provide technical advice and support on proposed measuring and reading solutions

• Support development and introduction of new products to the market

Requirements:

• Technical qualifications with at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Fluency in Polish and English (German is an advantage)

• Solid experience in B2B direct sales, energy, and utilities market strongly preferred

• Experience with CRM tools

• Ability to understand and market complex product portfolio
