We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the German market. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing across a diverse portfolio of products.

About the Role:
  • Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, meeting/exceeding monthly sales goals using appropriate value-based sales approaches & techniques.
  • Perform prospecting activities, working with assigned leads to set up discovery calls and product demonstrations via various communication channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and how PandaDoc can provide a solution.
  • Negotiate and close deals with buyers, ensuring a smooth handoff to post-sale teams.

Key Requirements:
  • Fluent in German
  • 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions.
  • Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
  • Previous experience accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline through CRM usage.
