We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to employees and manage various data administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employee matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and payroll inputs.
- Process employee transactions, such as changes in employment status, salary adjustments, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
- Improve employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis and recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
- Ensure confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
- Maintain internal and external databases with employee information.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional support to employees.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- HR knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
