Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with assigned resellers.
- Sales Enablement: Provide product training, market insights, and sales support to resellers to help them drive revenue growth.
- Channel Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand our channel presence in Poland and develop plans to achieve this goal.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and management, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales organization.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education: A university degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
- Strong sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Polish (C2/Native) and English (B2/above).
