Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their supply chain.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Manage and execute projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • A valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
