  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven technical expertise in customer service, including knowledge of software applications and technical systems.
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Two to four years of relevant experience in customer service or operations management.
