About the Role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for FMCG Industry to join our Polish Commercial Team. In this role, you will manage customers in one of our key channels and be responsible for customer negotiations, developing promotional plans, and working hand-in-hand cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and supply chain to deliver our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers in the C&C and Supermarkets channel in Poland with possible assignment of other smaller customers
  • Achievement of sales and distribution goals (listings, in-outs) within customer group
  • Management of promo spend budgets & customer P&L
  • Preparation and realization of customer year-end talks within agreed budgets
  • Preparation and handling of customer presentations related to new product offers for permanent listing, in-out promotion offers, annual activity plans etc.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing and/or Economics
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Polish & European trade environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a key account manager in international FMCG companies (ideally with complex, multi-category assortment; home care and/or personal care categories experience will be an advantage)
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed ability to prioritize
  • Drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed
  • Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across multiple functions in an international, dispersed matrix organization environment
