Coffee Solutions Poland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Head of Sales and Partnerships. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build and lead a high-performing field sales team, and drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our franchise program, developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners, and managing ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and onboard franchise partners
  • Build and lead a high-performing field sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting our unique franchise solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with experience building and managing field sales teams preferably in franchising
  • Fluent in Polish with strong English skills
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
