Role Overview

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing accounts, and leading teams. Your expertise in digital marketing, sales strategy, and team leadership will enable us to develop impactful products and expand our global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Strategy: Analyze market trends, develop key account direct sales business strategy, and implement sales plans to drive revenue.
  2. Client Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients across various industries, including FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, F&B, Electronics, Fashion, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Auto, Finance, Game, Apps, E-commerce, and O2O.
  3. Team Performance: Lead and manage teams, coach team members, and drive their sales performance to achieve targets.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enhance product development, and drive long-term growth.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 12+ years of overall work experience, 8+ years of digital marketing experience, and 5+ years of digital media sales experience.
  3. Leadership Experience: 8+ years of team and people management experience.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  5. Adaptability: Self-starter, fast learner, and flexible.
