Job Title: Service Integration PMO Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Integration PMO Manager to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. as part of our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional IT services to our clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and management of all aspects of the Service Integration program/project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Service Integration PMO team and monitor the program/project portfolio delivery according to agreed targets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation actions.
  2. Ensure IT programs/IT projects follow and comply with given goals of the IT.
  3. Responsible for prioritizing the project portfolio in concert with the IT program/IT project sponsors based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and other interdependencies.
  4. Define principles and standards to harmonize the Service Integration program/project management methodologies from internal or 3rd party external service providers.
  5. Monitor the delivery of business objectives and customer experience for PMO services. Collaborate with BSTs and Departments to analyze business demand for existing or new IT solutions.
  6. Communicate status of the project and program portfolio to relevant stakeholders across the business and IT.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor?s degree.
  2. At least 10 years of experience working in the IT in large global corporations.
  3. Proven experience as PMO Manager or similar role.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Ability to lead small teams or projects.
  6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  7. Demonstrated experience in dealing with business stakeholders.
  8. Fluent spoken and written English, ability to formulate complex topics in everyday language.
