About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our sales and customer relations efforts in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product offerings, and pricing.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer communications, and business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • A proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google applications, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with budgetary control, pricing mechanisms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and indirect leadership skills.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with a focus on achieving ambitious growth targets and driving business results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonuses, private medical care, fitness reimbursement, and retirement savings plan.
