We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director Leader to join our team at Goldman Recruitment.
OverviewGOLDMAN RECRUITMENT is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in the Medical Devices Industry. Our client, an international company from this sector, is looking for a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and lead their sales team to success.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is 120,000 - 180,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs Sales Director Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers. Your primary objectives will include:
- Defining annual, quarterly, and monthly tactical sales plans aligned with the company's group strategy to ensure achievement of goals and identifying corrective actions when needed.
- Leading the sales, customer service team to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding team members to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.
- Developing individual development plans for direct reports to enhance talent management and succession planning.
- Strategizing new sales channels and product groups to expand business opportunities.
- Identifying areas for commercial strategy development and suggesting changes and improvements in pricing, discounting, return policies, etc.
- Managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the Polish legal entity.
- Negotiating contract terms with key suppliers to secure favorable deals.
- Monitoring the competitive products market to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collecting and communicating relevant customer insights to inform sales approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in people managerial roles.
- Experience working in the medical devices industry (producer or distributor) is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
