We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director Leader to join our team at Goldman Recruitment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is 120,000 - 180,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As Sales Director Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers. Your primary objectives will include:

  1. Defining annual, quarterly, and monthly tactical sales plans aligned with the company's group strategy to ensure achievement of goals and identifying corrective actions when needed.
  2. Leading the sales, customer service team to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding team members to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.
  4. Developing individual development plans for direct reports to enhance talent management and succession planning.
  5. Strategizing new sales channels and product groups to expand business opportunities.
  6. Identifying areas for commercial strategy development and suggesting changes and improvements in pricing, discounting, return policies, etc.
  7. Managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the Polish legal entity.
  8. Negotiating contract terms with key suppliers to secure favorable deals.
  9. Monitoring the competitive products market to stay ahead of competitors.
  10. Collecting and communicating relevant customer insights to inform sales approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in people managerial roles.
  • Experience working in the medical devices industry (producer or distributor) is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
