Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Excellence Manager at Provectus, you will be responsible for leading complex delivery projects and driving business outcomes for our key clients. With a deep understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools, you will lead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision and create a plan to achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex delivery projects across all industries and verticals
  • Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, backlog refinement, and facilitating agile ceremonies
  • Serve as the pivot between business and technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes
  • Be the functional and subject matter expert for delivering the solution and owning the outcome

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned leader with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, agile project delivery, or consulting. You should have a deep understanding of multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools. Experience in playing product management or ownership roles is highly preferred.
