We are seeking a skilled and motivated Global IT Support Professional to join our team at B. Braun Business Services Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Overview

The Junior Global IT Service Desk Analyst position is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves responding to incoming calls and web submissions from users experiencing technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and documenting client issues in our call tracking system.

You will be responsible for fulfilling Service Requests from end-users according to defined procedures, collaborating with organization counterparts and department team members to share knowledge and expertise, and identifying optimization potential to continuously increase customer satisfaction and Service Desk quality.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze hardware and/or software problems
    • Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
    • Basic network skills
  • Personal Competencies:
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 – upper intermediate)
    • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 – Advanced)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability and desire to keep up with changing and emerging technologies that affect the business
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively over the phone and electronically
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends as needed
