We have a talented team of over 850 professionals worldwide, working remotely or from one of our 10 locations. Our company has been at the forefront of mobile game development for over two decades.
We are seeking an experienced IT HelpDesk specialist to join our team in Wroclaw, Warsaw, or Gdansk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prompt troubleshooting and problem-solving upon receipt of support requests;
- Providing reliable user support with high levels of user satisfaction and technical expertise;
- Collaborating with team members and managers to action feedback;
- Encouraging best practice across the team, including documenting and sharing knowledge;
- Setting up workplaces for new employees;
- Managing accounts in our services, installing software, and configuring systems;
- Working with remote users and maintaining equipment inventory;
- Creating user manuals for software and services used by our team.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proactivity and independence in daily work, with quick response times;
- A user-oriented approach to problem-solving;
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and practices;
- Proficiency in English, sufficient to read technical documents.
