We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Adlook, a rapidly growing global company shaping the future of digital marketing. This is a dynamic role where you will drive impactful projects to elevate the team's performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Description:
  • This role involves leading initiatives aimed at enhancing team efficiency and workflow by gathering, documenting, and disseminating knowledge.
  • You will be responsible for managing projects focused on automation and integration to optimize operations.

In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  4. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  5. Track project performance and implement improvements to meet strategic objectives.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  7. Maintain and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects in a technical or data-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
  • Experience with data platforms like BigQuery or similar.
  • Exposure to media and marketing platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, On-site Analytics Platforms, Ad Servers, Tag Management Systems.
  • Basic understanding of software development and/or data analytics.
