Welcome to the role of Proactive Sales Ambassador at TN Poland

We are a leading IT outsourcing company, and we're searching for a talented sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

As a Proactive Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers to secure ongoing sales and delivery success.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, secure contracts, and deliver sales and delivery objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a curious mind and ability to stay ahead of the curve in the IT landscape.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or related fields, with a demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets.
