TN Poland is seeking a Purchase to Pay Operations Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a S2P team providing professional services to multiple clients in the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in a multinational environment and driving team performance with a focus on metrics and flexible approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a S2P team with expertise in procurement operational activities, including vendor master management, PR and PO creation, procurement related issue resolution, and good receipting.
- Manage end-to-end AP process - invoice processing, query and hold resolution, and AP related reconciliation activities.
- Develop and implement effective team priorities, behaviors, and deliverables.
- Monitor team performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Foster an inspiring team environment with open communication and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a team of professionals in procurement operational activities.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of accounting and source to pay practices.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
