Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via multiple channels.
  • Monitor and respond to agent and partner queries in a timely manner.
  • Escalate phone system issues to the manager and WFM team.
  • Report merchant and client issues to the manager.
  • Handle escalation calls and resolve complaints daily.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports as required.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to organise and manage personal and team workload to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-orientated with the ability to think creatively and laterally.
  • Able to evidence establishing effective working relationships at different levels.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage regular change.
