At TN Poland, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for serving customers in the Northern Poland region and achieving set sales targets.
Job Description- Serving customers in the Northern Poland region with sales and technical support;
- Achieving set sales targets in the assigned territory;
- Acquiring new customers in the assigned region;
- Developing technology flows and guidelines for customer offers;
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service;
- Maintaining market knowledge and demand analysis;
- Preparing sales plans and reports;
- Fulfilling quality system regulations and company procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in chemistry or chemical technology and have experience in chemical sales and commercial negotiations. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with international colleagues. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and involves working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
Requirements & Qualifications- University degree in chemistry or chemical technology;
- Technical knowledge of electroplating required;
- Experience in chemical sales and commercial negotiations;
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory;
- Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level;
- Driving license cat. B;
- High personal culture;
- Ability to build positive relations with clients;
- Willingness to expand knowledge and skills;
- Teamwork and independence in action and problem-solving;
- Self-discipline and ability to organize own work.
