About the Role

We're seeking a Program Operations Manager, EU FBA Defect Reduction to join our team. As a creative, dynamic, and experienced professional, you'll drive Cost of Customer Returns for Amazon and Sellers by eliminating Sellers' pain points related to customer returns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. E2E knowledge of FBA Customer Returns and major drivers of costs due to items that are not returned after being refunded to the customers.
  2. Establish scalable solutions to reduce Amazon controllable returns.
  3. Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly mechanisms to drive visibility on defect reduction initiatives and performance.
  4. Work with Ops and Tech teams to develop processes and products to identify and reduce defects.
  5. Forecast defect reduction plan and financial impact and lead OP1, OP2, and 3YP.
  6. Lead funding discussions for product and process initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Cross-functional experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
