About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Credit Risk domain Application Management team as a Digital Transformation Leader. As part of this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, guiding, and developing a high-performing team of professionals working from India to deliver value-added services in the domain of Credit Risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a talented team of professionals with expertise in Credit Risk management.
- Ensure the stability, resilience, and security of Credit Risk production environments.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and provide them with the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in international IT organizations, preferably in banking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Skills
- 2 years of experience in Data Warehousing, with proficiency in SQL.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a team environment.
- Hadoop, Cloudera, or Snowflake knowledge/experience.
- IPC and operational experience.
