Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise related to computer hardware and software. If you possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support via phone, email, or remote access
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows Systems, Thin Clients (e.g., Dell, Igel, HP), and IPCs
  • Document problems and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database for future reference
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, ensuring seamless asset management
  • Collaborate with IT experts to resolve unclear issues and ensure optimal system performance
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong technical background in Windows Systems, Thin Clients, and IPCs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
