Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance related to computer hardware and software.
  • Second-level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
  • Respond promptly to questions from employees and clients.
  • Document problems and create a knowledge database.
  • Provide hardware asset information and reports.
  • Manage Service Requests, Access, Users, and Onsite Support.
  • Assign and troubleshoot correctly.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement activities.
  • Consult with IT experts when necessary.

Requirements

  • Language skills: Fluent English and Polish are required. Other languages are an advantage.
  • IT technical skills for Windows Systems, ThinClients (Dell, Igel, HP), IPCs.
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Team player and supportive personality.
  • Candidates must declare a recent Criminal record extract.
