Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SMOOTHH. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  2. Presenting and showcasing our life-science technologies
  3. Executing sales strategies and providing excellent customer support
  4. Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
  5. Coordinating with suppliers and their technical teams
  6. Delivering training sessions and workshops
  7. Organizing conferences and seminars

Requirements
  1. A degree in biology, medicine, veterinary science, or biotechnology
  2. Proven sales experience in the biomedical industry
  3. Fluent English language skills
  4. Native Polish language proficiency
  5. Flexibility and ability to work independently
  6. Strong sales orientation and drive for results
  7. Willingness to travel frequently
  8. A valid category B driving license
